Legal Title Exchange, Inc. is a family owned & operated company and has been serving the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years.  We are a full-service title agency based in Pinellas County, but serve all our local counties including Pasco, Hillsborough, and Hernando. In fact, we can service the entire State of Florida through the use of remote/mobile notaries. We provide title insurance, real estate closings, property searches (abstracts), escrow and settlement services to every spectrum of the real estate industry.
